Weldex exhibition is dedicated to the exposition of welding materials, equipment and technologies. For this reason the process of welding and its direct result is of the outstanding interest for the exhibition visitors.  This year JSC «EIF «Sudotechnologiya» demonstrated two welding processes. TAWERS Super-Active Alluminium (aluminium robotic welding) and TAWERS 450A SP-MAG II (steel robotic welding).

TAWERS concept is unique for the robotic welding equipment market: in a single control panel (on the single CPU) robot controller, welding source and wire feeder controller are integrated. TAWERS technology utilization enables to achieve maximum of productivity without sacrificing on high quality of welding: quantity reduction of spatter and retaining the depth of welding penetration while increasing the welding speed.
