The machine is designed to process worn surfaces of "Bolster" after welding, removal welded upper parts and preprocessing a pivot hole.

The machine has system which allows of measuring details prior processing. The machine is equipped with ta tool changer in automatic mode.

A part is installed automatically; the device provides the necessary position to a spindle. Axis of machine motions, parts and main drive are equipped with adjustable drives to provide modulating control of spindle speeds and feeds. Working surfaces are processed without a part being removed from the rotatory unit.

The parameters of processed parts can be kept both in the machine control system and automatic control system of a shop.

Loading and unloading of parts:

• Version 1 - manual, by cathead.
• Version 2 - automatic by manipulator.

The control system runs both in automatic and semi-automatic modes.

The productivity is 3 parts per hour.
