Automatic control system of locomotive wheels "CONLOC"

The system is designed for contact-free control of wheels' parameters on the way to a depot. The system records parameters and sends them to the remote control office.

Measuring system controls all types of locomotive wheels. It is installed on approach ways track or on rails of a service pit in a depot.

Speed limit of a locomotive: 20 km / h;

Temperature conditions: - 40...50 0С;

The system consists of measuring system, an electric control cabinet, a wheel sensor, a remote computer. Measuring system automatically measures all locomotive wheels with a wheel sensor. The information is recorded in computer database of a control cabinet. A remote computer queries measuring data, enters identification of a locomotive. It also prints the results and sends them to other computers.
